Solution How do I get to my email if I am out of the office?

Simple. Go to any computer that is connected to the internet, and go to http://yourdomain.com/webmail

Then, to log into your mail box, use the FULL email address as the user name, and your mail box password. That will let you in, and from there, you can choose from Squirrel Mail, or Horde mail. Both are fine programs. Squirrel mail is simpler to use, but Horde has more advanced options if you need to use it regularly.
