 My email stopped working - please fix it.
Solution If you are having a problem with your email, you must first explain exactly what the problem is, so we know what to try fixing.

Example:
If you are able to receive incoming email, but not send,
or
if you can send but not receive.
Also, if you are trying to use your webmail at yourdomain.com/webmail please let us know.

We can quickly find email problems if we know where to start looking.

First, the e-mail system has been upgraded several times over the years. Make sure that you are using your full email address as your user name, and not just the part before the @ sign.
Also, make sure that you are not using a simple password. Spammers and hackers love to crack the easy ones. Sometimes, our system will lock your password if it is too simple, or the same as the first part of your email address.
